1. Scope & Application

These Terms & Conditions govern the provision of services by Screen Interactiv (Screetract OPC Pvt. Ltd) Pvt. Ltd. ("we", "our", "us") to clients ("you").

2. Agency–Client Relationship

Screen Interactiv (Screetract OPC Pvt. Ltd) acts as an independent service provider. We do not act as an agent for third parties unless expressly agreed.

3. Formation of Contract & Orders

A binding contract is formed when you accept a proposal, issue a purchase order, sign an agreement, or otherwise confirm work commencement.

4. Deliverables, Performance & Deadlines

We will deliver services as per agreed timelines and specifications. Any revisions or delays will be communicated promptly.

5. Fees & Payment Terms

Payments are due as per agreed schedule, typically 50% upfront and the balance on completion. Late payments may incur additional fees.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

Clients own final deliverables upon full payment. Screen Interactiv (Screetract OPC Pvt. Ltd) retains rights to preliminary concepts and may showcase completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

7. Liability & Indemnity

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not responsible for third-party delays, losses, or indirect damages.

8. Termination & Suspension

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Fees for work completed up to termination remain payable.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information private, except where disclosure is required by law.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Karnataka, India. Disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Bengaluru courts.

11. Notices

Notices must be sent in writing to the registered business address or official email address.

12. General

These Terms constitute the entire agreement. Amendments must be made in writing and agreed by both parties.
