How a unified 360° integration replaced 18 months of agency friction with a robust framework for a leading Bengaluru developer.
In this case study, we present the strategic transformation of a leading Bengaluru-based real estate developer. By consolidating their entire digital marketing and brand development under Screen Interactiv, the developer replaced a fragmented 9-vendor ecosystem with a unified, high-performance engine. In Bengaluru’s growing real estate market, fragmented messaging and operational friction leads to the stalling of even the most ambitious developers. Screen Interactiv partnered with a leading developer to replace a multiple-agency silo with a unified 360° framework across three core projects: Ventara, Illumina, and Elanza.
For 18 months, the developer’s growth was stalled, leading to consistently low sales performance across digital and non-digital platforms. The main challenges were the lack of brand consistency, caused by the partnership of 9 different agencies (3 for digital, 2 for branding, 2 for web development and 2 for visualization.) This led to disadvantageously high Channel Partner dependency.
